Donna M. Rose is a lifelong resident of the Town of Haverstraw.  She is a graduate of North Rockland High School.  She married Robert in 1982 and together they raised two children: Robert Jr. and Melissa and five grandchildren.

Since 1997, Donna has served the Town of Haverstraw in the Receiver of Taxes office; serving as Deputy Receiver of Taxes, under Ann M. McGovern.  After Ann McGovern’s retirement, at the end of December 2018, Donna was appointed to finish out her term as Receiver of Taxes.  She is very proud to serve in the Town of Haverstraw and she and her Deputy, Annamaria Badenchini, are always willing to assist the residents of Haverstraw, anyway they can.
